Prohibited Content

We want you to feel comfortable and at-home while using Submit, and free to express your kinks, desires and fantasies. At the same time, there are laws in the US, Europe and Canada that can (and in many cases, should) make certain topics illegal. Below we cover the different topics that are prohibited on Submit.

Under 18

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content featuring a minor (anyone under the age of 18).

  • You may not post any content, including photos and videos, that includes a minor (as the subject or tangentially).
  • You may not post any content that could be considered sexualization of a minor.

Examples of violations of this policy include, but are not limited to:

  • Any media uploaded that is considered Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • A minor appearing in any part of uploaded media.
  • A minor partially appearing in any part of uploaded media.
  • A photo or video of a minor within the media (for example, a photo that has a TV in the background that shows a minor).
  • Memes that include depiction of a child or children.
  • Photos or videos of your children or you posing with your children.
  • Photos or videos that include advertising or packaging that features a child.
  • Cartoons, anime or other types of artwork that depict children.
  • CGI that depicts children.
  • Any type of writing that eroticizes or sexualizes minors, this includes posts, comments, messages, and writings.

The following examples would not be considered violations of this policy:

  • Survivors describing childhood abuse in a non-sexualized or non-eroticized fashion.

If we believe content you have uploaded is CSAM, your Account will be locked and you will be reported to law enforcement.

Animal Cruelty

You may not post any content that displays or describes any kind of Animal Cruelty including, but not limited to crushing, violence, sexualization or starvation to insects, mammals, and fish (collectively, “Animals”) dead or alive.

Antisemitism

Antisemitism has no place on Submit. You may not post content that promotes or excuses antisemitism in any form, including slurs, stereotypes, conspiracies, or hate-driven narratives targeting Jewish people.

Bestiality

You may not post any content that that depicts sex or sex acts with Animals. Additionally, you’re prohibited from looking for other Users to participate in Bestiality.

Blood

You may not post any public content that depicts real or realistic blood in a sexualized or eroticized context.

Exposure or Online Exposure

You may not post any content that aims to “expose” another individual, with or without their consent.

The only exception to this rule is to allow for victims of exposure to discuss their past experiences and trauama. This exception is closely monitored.

Hate and Discrimination

Submit is a space for authentic, consensual connection and expression. There is no room here for content that promotes hate, exclusion, or discrimination.

You may not post any content that attacks, mocks, dehumanizes, or otherwise targets people based on their:

  • Gender identity or expression
  • Sexual orientation
  • Race or ethnicity
  • Disability or neurodivergence
  • Religion or cultural background
  • Body size or physical traits

We take a firm, unapologetic stance against all forms of transphobia, including content that:

  • Denies the existence of trans or nonbinary people
  • Mocks gender-affirming care
  • Uses slurs or deadnames
  • Attempts to “debate” trans identity or legitimacy

This section reflects and reinforces our broader Hate Speech and Discrimination policy, which provides additional examples, protected categories, and guidance on enforcement.

Hate Imagery

You may not post or share imagery associated with hate groups or ideologies that promote violence, genocide, or dehumanization. This includes—but is not limited to:

  • Nazi symbols such as the swastika, SS bolts, or other insignia associated with the Nazi regime.
  • Flags, logos, or imagery associated with white nationalist, white supremacist, or neo-Nazi groups.
  • Modified or derivative symbols that mimic or reference Nazi or hate group aesthetics.
  • Any images, uniforms, or paraphernalia that evoke hate-driven ideologies, regardless of historical or artistic intent.

We do not allow the glorification, fetishization, or trivialization of fascist, white supremacist, or genocidal regimes under any circumstances.

Incest

You may not post any content that displays or describes sex acts that involve any form of incest.

The only exception to this rule is to allow for victims of incest to discuss their past experiences and trauma. This exception is closely monitored.

Mutilation

You may not post any content that depicts the action of severely injuring or disfiguring someone or yourself for sexual gratification or pleasure, especially by cutting off tissue or body parts.

Race Play

Submit does not allow any form of race play. You may not post content that depicts, describes, or fetishizes race play or racial domination.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Eroticization of slavery rooted in racial history, including language, imagery, or scenarios that evoke chattel slavery or colonial violence.
  • Use of racial slurs, even in character or during roleplay.
  • Costumes, language, or roleplay scenarios that dehumanize or degrade individuals based on race or ethnicity.
  • Any depiction that eroticizes historical trauma related to race.

Use of racially fetishizing terms: We prohibit the use of terms that fetishize race, including acronyms or shorthand that reduce people to racialized body parts, traits, or stereotypes. This includes but is not limited to:

  • BBC (“Big Black Cock”)
  • BWC (“Big White Cock”)
  • QOS (“Queen of Spades”)

These terms are rooted in racial fetishization and often draw from histories of racialized violence, colonialism, and dehumanization. Even if used without malicious intent or within consensual contexts, their presence contributes to harm and will not be permitted on Submit. We reserve the right to remove other terms, language, or symbols that perpetuate racial fetishization, whether explicitly stated or implied.

We understand that power exchange is a central aspect of many consensual BDSM dynamics. Terms like “Master” and “slave” may be used in consensual D/s (Dominance/submission) or M/s (Master/slave) relationships that do not involve racial elements. These dynamics are allowed, provided they are not racialized or rooted in real-world systems of racial oppression or violence.

Important distinction: We strictly prohibit kink that is based on or incorporates racial hierarchies, racial stereotypes, or the performance of racialized violence. Intent is not a defense—if the content draws on or mimics the power structures or trauma of racial violence, it will be removed.

Revenge Porn

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content posted that is revealing or sexually explicit of a person, typically by a former sexual partner, without the consent of the subject and in order to cause them distress or embarrassment.

Posting revenge porn on Submit will result in a lifetime ban from Submit. In addition to this ban, we will work with the victim to notify law enforcement and help them press charges if they decide to do so.

Scat

You may not post any content that depicts scat play.

Solicitation

You may not offer or solicit a sex act in exchange for money, goods, or services. Additionally, using euphemisms or coded language to mask solicitation is still considered a violation of this policy.
